Starting as the first salesperson at Miss Group, he quickly advanced, gaining valuable experience with HPE and Deel before returning to Miss Group in a leadership role. Now at Hostek, Lennon is dedicated to expanding our reach, strengthening client partnerships, and driving innovation. His expertise and strategic vision are key to shaping our sales team’s success and delivering the best solutions for our customers.
Head of Technology
Luke brings over 13 years of experience in the web hosting industry, nearly a decade of which has been dedicated to Hostek and the Miss Group. For the past three years, he has led our technical services team, driving key initiatives such as our hardware upgrade program and championing software modernization across our platform. Luke takes great pride in the progress made, it’s the ever-evolving world of technology that continues to fuel his passion for what’s next.
Director, Customer Operations
With over 25 years or proven leadership, customer-driven, operational, and technical skills, all in the web hosting industry, Josh has worked in every department in the hosting industry and knows what it takes to succeed. Coming from a military family, Josh’s meticulous organizational & critical thinking skill along with his process driven approach provide a structured environment where customers' expectations are properly set and achieved. He prides himself on fostering engagement and teamwork to setup a culture of happy employees means happier customers, which means higher sales, which means more budget for better staffing and products, which turns into happier employees and customers - and the cycle goes on!
Director, People Operations
Deb Moore has nearly 25 years of HR/Employee Relations experience. She believes strongly in fostering a positive culture as this encourages employee retention, increased productivity, and favorable morale. Prior to working at Miss Group, Deb worked at the Girl Scouts of Eastern OK for over 13 years as their HR Director. She was a department of one and handled everything from Employee Relations and Recruiting to Benefits Administration, Risk Management and Employee Engagement.

With 11 years at Hostek, David brings extensive experience in customer operations and team leadership. As Senior Manager of Customer Operations, he is dedicated to optimizing support strategies, improving customer experiences, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His commitment to operational excellence and team development has played a key role in enhancing service quality and efficiency.
